Orlando is the founder of 3 Squared, specialising in social-first marketing and content production designed to drive real business outcomes. He produces high-quality video and photography with a focus on strategy, audience behaviour, and brand positioning, turning consistent content into measurable enquiries. Alongside client work, Orlando studies Business at QUT, majoring in Behavioural Economics and Marketing, bringing an evidence-informed approach to how content earns attention, builds trust, and converts.

Agatha is 3 Squared’s Marketing Assistant, supporting day-to-day operations and helping keep client accounts running smoothly. She studied a Bachelor of Communication Arts, majoring in Media Production, and brings several years of experience in real estate marketing. Agatha supports content coordination, scheduling, and general marketing execution, helping ensure consistent delivery and a polished brand presence across platforms.
